Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal 

If you are a consumer (a natural person purchasing for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you) receive the goods.

You can send us a clear statement (e.g., by email or post) expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract. 

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard, least expensive option offered by us).

Refunds will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; you will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

3. Return of Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, if possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been used, damaged, or is not in resaleable condition.
