Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care to ensure that all items are securely packaged.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hi@u8haus.com with photos and order details. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping of Artwork 

All artworks are shipped with professional art-handling standards, including protective packaging and insurance during transit.
