The multiplex veneer consists of multiple wood layers and is the result of highly technological industrial wood processing. In the works of the series, it serves both as a motif and as the carrier material: a color copy of the even structure of the birch veneer, whose lines evoke delicate hand drawings, is printed onto the surface of the plywood panel.
